We know you're excited about your order — here's everything you need to know about how we get it to you.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate displayed at checkout.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive an order confirmation email right away, and a shipping confirmation with tracking info once your order is on its way.
Delivery Timeframes

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use that number to follow your package's journey at any time. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email.
Multiple Shipments
If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. This is completely normal — you'll receive individual tracking details for each shipment.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We're unable to reroute packages once they've been dispatched. Magna Vitae is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If it's still missing, contact us at support@magnavitae.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.
