30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. We're unable to accept returns on items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original parts.
How to Start a Return
Getting a return started is simple:
- Email us at support@magnavitae.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the item back using a trackable method and share the tracking number with us.
- Once we confirm the return is on its way, we'll process your refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us confirming the return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Exchanges
Want a different item or size? We recommend placing a new order while initiating a return for the original item — it's the fastest way to get what you need.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right at no cost to you — no return shipping required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Items that have been used or show signs of wear
- Final sale or clearly marked non-returnable items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
